The Cricket Solutions is an upcoming leading Player Placement Cricket Agency based in India focusing on providing better and top notch solutions both for International and Domestic Cricketers across India and abroad.

The brainchild of CEO, Mr. Prakash Palande who is a Cricket administrator and Former Cricketer himself, The Cricket Solutions intent is to facilitate Cricket players in India the opportunity to play different League Cricket abroad and hone their skills and all round abilities to play more competitive Cricket.

The company, still in its formative years, boasts of roping in significant Cricket players mainly from the Domestic circuit and has been instrumental in signing players and providing them a platform to showcase their talent outside their own nations.

TCS has also forged an excellent relationship with many clients and is well versed with the business of serving different key clients, clubs and players, which has significantly helped to dwell into International players mainly from the Asian sub-continent shores.

We are also closely working across the globe to further strengthen our clientele and serve the Cricket community better and build a bridge between the players and clubs.

Each player featuring on the TCS website has been signed with an agreement and are ready to be recommended on the list of players for any clients or clubs. The database of players are only on the rise and it will soon form an incredible figure.

Prakash Palande

Founder & CEO

The Founder and CEO of The Cricket Solutions, Prakash Palande is a Cricket administrator and a Former Cricketer for Mumbai U-19.

Mr. Palande has an unparalleled knowledge on conducting several recognised Cricket tournaments and also have worked with some well-known Cricket organisations including as a Consultant for Cricket Kenya in 2012 apart from working in the Global T20 Canada League and also serving as a key administrator in both the Goa and Mumbai Cricket Associations.

He also has cleared cricket agent examination at England & Wales Cricket Board during year 2018 and has vast knowledge on ranging from Player Agent Registration to Managing Cricketer’s Professional Career.

Mr. Palande’s global access to clubs and cricketers makes him an important cog in the wheel among the Cricket Agents industry.

Arvind Solanki

Director Cricket Development & Talent Scouting

Mr. Arvind Solanki, sultan of swing from Uttar Pradesh heads the Cricket Development & Talent Scouting department as a Director at “The Cricket Solutions”.

Mr. Solanki has played two list A matches between 1999 and 2002 for Uttar Pradesh.

He was also part of India's under 19 squad that was selected to play in the Under-19 Cricket World Cup held in South Africa which had Indian stars players like Virender Sehwag, Harbhajan Singh and many more.

Mr. Solanki runs a successful cricket Academy now in Kanpur and has worked very closely with few Indian Fast Bowlers as their bowling consultant & mentor.

Nawaz Aman Shariff

Director- Cricket Operations

A certified Level ‘A’ Coach and a competitive Manager, Mr. Nawaz Aman Shariff is a credible ‘Amateur Player Manager’ who has set a benchmark for coaching and equally for player administration.

Mr. Shariff proficiency lies in talent identification at the grassroot level, coaching and mentoring players at different levels of the game.

He is the coach of Karnataka Under-14 Cricket team and also has championed the cause of other age group Karnataka Cricket teams in the past and has been instrumental in coaching the Training Command Cricket team which won the prestigious Air Force Championship for the first time in 60 years in 2015.

Apart from coaching, Mr. Nawaz has also played Cricket for the Indian Air Force from 2001-09 and also was selected to represent Services Cricket team in 2009.
